Nopali Inc ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website, the Desktop application and the Nopali mobile application (the "Service").

We collect very few types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you. It's to be noted that no patient data is ever collected and transfered to us at any point.

Service Providers
We use a third party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy/.
We use a third party versioning and crash analysis service named HockeyApp (a Microsoft company). HockeyApp's Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.hockeyapp.net/imprint/ Crash reports usually do not contain any personal information. On iOS, they consist of a stack trace, some information about the device (model, operating system version, but no serial number or similar), the app version, the time stamp of the start and crash, and the list of software libraries loaded in memory. Processor register contents or log messages are not being collected.
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Canada and process it there.
