Accessing the Office Media View

To open the Office Media view, click the Office Media toolbar item:

Managing Office Media

The Office Media view provides a shared space for storing and organizing media files that are not associated with a specific patient. It is ideal for collecting media assets, maintaining a centralized repository, and preparing office-wide image layouts or scrapbooks.

Use this feature to store office-related images, charts, or reference materials that need to be accessed by all users.
