Exporting Patient Information

Patient data can be exported in multiple formats. The export options are available through the Action button located at the top of the search sidebar:

Action Button

Only users with the appropriate permissions can export patient data. Permissions are managed in Nopali > Settings.

Available Export Options

• Exporting All Patients: When no patients are selected, options to export Spreadsheets and Charts for the entire patient database are available.
• Exporting Selected Patients: When specific patients are selected, additional options to export vCards (electronic business cards) are enabled.
